i have been on the hunt for an almost famous jacket for the last two weeks... searching, researching, and saving for the PERFECT one... and it came down to this one and the free people one... after careful consideration, it had to be this one.  the gorgeous vintage color was the thing that pushed me over the edge. now, it's time to find yours <3

indian summer.

this is quite possibly, my favorite new hat.  it hasn't left my head all weekend, and for some reason, this hat seems to go with EVERY outfit i put together.  i got it at urban outfitters for 9 bones.  for some reason, it wasn't a good seller... so i swooped it up real fast.  

when i saw this dress at free people, i knew i needed to have it on my body, ASAP.  it is quite possibly the ONLY printed thing i own, and i love it.  

it's been so hot lately, all i've wanted to wear are baggy dresses and shorts.  i hate an indian summer... it's october, i'm ready for sweaters, and hot coco.

i got a comment the other day from someone who was extremely sick of seeing the lita everywhere... and i do somewhat agree... YES, everyone has it.  and i'm sure everyone reading about it wants to see a new shoe... which is why my college comes with an interchangeable one... here's my second option of shoe:

there it is.  i just purchased these yesterday, and i'm already in love with them.  they are a little stiff, but i love the color, and they are going to work perfectly into my wardrobe.  and as for the reader that is sick of the lita's...

like i said, i understand where you're coming from... but i love them!  they make me seven inches taller than god did, they are SUPER comfortable (seeing as how i'm on my feet for 10 hours a day), and i love the color options they come in!

so i bought this sweater forever ago, from topshop, rumi is wearing it everywhere and has posted it two or three times... should have gotten on getting it posted faster... but since i don't have time to float on a cloud, i guess i'm coming in second here.  i bought it in a uk 12 so it would be HUGE.  and it totally is, i covers almost all the way down to my fingers, and never stays on my shoulders, which is exactly how i love to wear it.   i just made another purchase today... i'm opening my color wheel a bit... i'm allowing in a crushed velvet black based floral drop waist oversized dress by free people... i saw it and almost died. HAS TA HAS.

i have the mustard, i'm getting the black distressed, and i have the stevie... i feel like these are the next step.... along with...

topshop has AMAZING sweaters right now... i haven't found any that rival it yet... zara had some amazing ones in the beginning of the season, but i really haven't seen any since. 

time to do some seriously damage.
